The smallest text we can accurately embroider is about 5mm high. We can make adjustments to your design to compensate for slight variations. Typically, a single line of text can only include about 20 characters and spaces before it requires the text to be split into two lines.
The maximum height for a headwear design is 45mm high (less for visors). The width may be as wide as 100mm or even more.
Your embroidery may include up to nine different colours at no extra charge. We rarely need that many, but will use as many colours as necessary to execute your design to your satisfaction. We can embroider up to 15 colours with an additional charge.
We have a large array of thread colours that we will use to match to the provided colours of your logo. If you have particular Pantone© PMS codes you specify, please furnish them and we will do our best to match to the corresponding thread. In either case, we will send you a proof for your approval.

For embroidery, a set-up fee is a one-time fee charged that is payment for the time it takes to digitize your logo, which means to put it in a format that the embroidery machine can read.
For Screen printing there is a one-time fee for creating the required artwork in the correct format to set up screens (this can may waived depending on how the clients artwork is provided), there is also a set-up fee attributed to each order, this is to develop the film screens used in the printing process.
Screen printing is priced in the following way:
• Number of garments being printed.
• Number of colours.
• Number of locations on the shirt.
• Number of screens required to print the garment.
Embroidery pricing is tied to the number of stitches. A garment of 3,000 stitches is going to take much less time on the embroidery machine then a design of 50,000 stitches. Pricing is also dependent on the number of garments embroidered. Colours are not normally a pricing factor unless there are more than nine colours in the design.
